CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN) "An Act regulating the                          
solicitation of contributions by charitable organizations and paid             
solicitors and the solicitation of sales by telephonic means; and              
amending Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 79 and 82" was read the               
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Duncan called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.                     
                                                                               
A motion was pending to advance CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                          
113(FIN) to third reading.  Senator Adams objected, then withdrew              
his objection.  There being no further objections, the bill was                
advanced to third reading.                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN) was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN)                     
"An Act regulating the solicitation of contributions by charitable             
organizations and paid solicitors and the solicitation of sales by             
telephonic means; and amending Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 79              
and 82" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN) was signed by the President                     
and Secretary and returned to the House.
